rocksalt-on-sea is a lively bar brasserie situated below Seaspray Rooms and provides the breakfast area for our guest, whether that is a light continental or a full English. The Brasserie itself offers lunch, afternoon snacks and evening meals. The chef uses many local suppliers to keep the food fresh and tasty, with a concise every day menu with a supporting cast of specials. Local breweries and vineyards feature on the drinks menu and local bands often play at the weekend.  See the website to check out the music calendar.

No need to book a table the bar brasserie likes to keep it casual, however, the food is always delicious with a range of dishes to cater for most people's tastes.

Two floors of seating ensures that there is usually space, even though some times there may be a wait at the bar for a table.
